Leo manages RIG’s overall on-site operations. Leo has approximately 15 years of experience working in the temporary protection industry, representing multiple national firms before he became a key partner in RIG.

Based in RIG's main office in Northampton, PA, Leo oversees RIG's national field operations, including the safety and quality of all RIG projects. Moreover, Leo manages RIG's crew assignments and schedules. He provides overall supervision, training, and field coordination with RIG’s clients to meet project goals on time and within budget.

During the past 15 years, Leo has developed a solid reputation for his participation in an extensive number of successful high-profile projects nationwide. These projects include those for Fortune 500 companies spanning the food, beverage, and heavy manufacturing industries across various regions of the country. Walmart, Goodyear, Mobile, Pepsi, and Whirlpool are among RIG’s recent clients.

Leo keeps up to date with current operational and OSHA standards. He has completed multiple operational and safety training, including the operation of various types of aerial scissor and boom lift operations.

Early in his career, Leo worked both domestically and internationally in the food distribution industry, carpentry, and high-end architectural finishes, which allowed him to be well-equipped with this industry's needs and requirements.
